Singapore sign the USA Free Trade Agreement Pact. A Landmark day for Singapore and possibly the region. Singapore, with a strong business and communications infrastructure is poised as a business hub for the region. A credible, efficient and responsive government, the tiny island state has a role to play for developing travel and tourism in the region. As new low cost carriers enter the air transport business, and regional and neighbouring governments with foresight make headways on airports and logistical developments the region of asia, home to over 500 million people has a lot to offer global businesses and travelers alike.
